Hey, I just saw Nada Surf lasnite and I bought a t-shirt.. looks pretty cool...
it's comes in Red or Orange, and has 2 yellow racing stripes down the middle, with the numbers "03" above "Nada Surf"....
my dumb question, is there a story behind this design? I'm trying to figure out what 03 means... ? |

there are three members in nada surf.  cannot think of another possible explanation.
